Dealerware’s team is currently hiring for a QA Automation Engineer. We are looking for a manual frontend/backend QA tester who is excited to take on automation projects and is looking to grow.
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will:
- Manually test changes to frontend and backend code
- Collaborate with developers to ensure test coverage and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test automation and CI workflows
- Participate in SCRUM ceremonies
- Take a sense of ownership of the quality of your domain
- Develop and execute API tests using like Postman
- Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines (ie: CircleCI)
- Document test cases, procedures, and results

Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in software development or QA automation
- 2+ years of experience developing using Git version control
- 2+ years of experience with CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., CircleCI, GitHub Actions)
- 2+ years of developing backend API tests (e.g., Postman, Insomnia, ReadyAPI, GraphQL)
- 3+ years of QA experience
- Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
Even better if you have:
- Experience with frontend testing tools (e.g., Selenium, WebDriverio, Playwright, Cypress)
- Experience with database seeding and test data management
- Experience with mobile automation frameworks (e.g., Flutter, Dart, Swift, Kotlin)
- Experience with microservice architecture
