- Build, maintain, and extend Python applications on our commercial projects
- Use AI to leverage and improve your work
- Design and optimize databases and background processing for performance and reliability
- Work with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices
- Take ownership of complex systems — improving, refactoring, and keeping them healthy
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, testers and clients; review code, and share technical decisions
What we're looking for
- Technical core: strong hands-on Python experience with Django, Flask. FastAPI
- Data & infrastructure: good knowledge of PostgreSQL and practical experience with AWS (or a comparable cloud)
- DevOps mindset: familiarity with Terraform is a strong plus
- Ownership: comfortable managing and enhancing complex systems
- Communication: fluent English and Polish
Rates & contract
B2B contract, billed hourly
Mid: up to 90 PLN/hour
Senior: up to 120 PLN/hour
Final rate depends on project scope and your experience
