Role Overview
They’re seeking 3 experienced Python Developers to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. You’ll work with a high-caliber engineering group to build and optimize products that integrate with Cursor, OpenAI, and other intelligent tools. This is an opportunity to shape next-gen AI-powered customer engagement systems from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable Python applications
Integrate with OpenAI’s APIs and leverage LLMs in production environments
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build features powered by Cursor
Write clean, efficient, and testable code
Participate in code reviews and architecture planning
Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve system performance
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Python development experience (excluding internships)
Experience integrating with OpenAI APIs or building LLM-based solutions
Familiarity or hands-on experience with Cursor (cursor.sh)
Strong knowledge of APIs, automation workflows, and cloud-based development
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Experience in AI-driven platforms or automation tools
Familiarity with startups or high-growth environments
Knowledge of front-end or full-stack development is a plus
