In this role, you'll be a high-visibility strategic partner at the heart of Trimble’s software-centric evolution, directly influencing our "Connect & Scale" initiatives and shaping a culture of innovation that drives global productivity.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Architect Organizational Excellence: Partner with senior leaders to diagnose organizational needs and implement change management strategies that significantly improve effectiveness and culture.

  • Drive Human Capital Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of company-wide PX programs, including performance management, workforce planning, and succession initiatives.

  • Champion the Future of Work: Act as a critical thought partner in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and streamline the employee experience.

  • Act as a Strategic Liaison: Serve as the primary "go-to" partner for managers and employees, collaborating with specialized PX functions like Talent Development and Compensation to deliver holistic solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven Partnership Expertise: 5-7 years of experience as a PX Business Partner or in Organizational Development, with a track record of delivering solutions in fast-paced environments.

  • Strategic Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex business goals into actionable human resource capabilities and results.

  • Influence & Leadership: Experience presenting to and influencing senior leaders while navigating varying priorities with initiative and flexibility.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience supporting scaling software organizations or an understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry dynamics.

Logistics

  • Location: Lake Oswego, Oregon – In-Office

  • Travel Requirement: 10%

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

$91,100.00–$125,200.00
