Job Title: Salesforce Sales Engineer & Solutions Specialist

About Pulse: Pulse is Madison Avenue Consulting’s Salesforce-native AppExchange solution, specifically designed for healthcare service providers. Pulse optimizes operations, streamlines care coordination, and transforms healthcare business processes directly on the Salesforce platform.
Role Summary: Madison Avenue Consulting seeks an experienced Salesforce Sales Engineer & Solutions Specialist to drive adoption, technical evangelism, and sales enablement for Pulse. The ideal candidate comes from a Salesforce Partner or ISV background, with direct experience in Salesforce managed packages, AppExchange product implementation, and technical solution selling.
In this role, you will serve as the primary technical and solutions expert, delivering compelling demos, educating Salesforce stakeholders, and collaborating with our internal product and sales teams. Your goal is to establish Pulse as the preferred Salesforce-native solution among Account Executives, Partner Managers, and clients within the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical product expert and primary presenter for demos, webinars, QBRs, Lunch & Learns, and client meetings.
- Develop strong relationships with Salesforce Partner Managers, AEs, SEs, and RVPs to elevate Pulse's visibility within Salesforce sales teams.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, providing market insights and customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
- Create and deliver technical sales collateral, product trainings, and enablement sessions for internal teams, Salesforce partners, and prospective clients.
- Lead technical go-to-market strategies for new features, vertical solutions (e.g., behavioral health, pediatric care), and strategic product updates.
- Analyze competitive Salesforce-native products and market trends to continually refine Pulse’s technical positioning and messaging.
- Represent Pulse at major Salesforce events, including World Tours and Dreamforce, providing strategic demo and booth management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years in Salesforce Sales Engineering, Technical Solution Consulting, or related roles.
- Direct experience working at a Salesforce Partner, ISV, PDO, or consultancy.
- Demonstrable expertise with Salesforce AppExchange solutions, managed packages, and technical product implementations.
- Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and Health Cloud solutions.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful, executive-level demos and presentations.
- Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams.
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience with Salesforce healthcare solutions (particularly home care or behavioral health).
- Existing relationships within the Salesforce AE, SE, and Partner ecosystem.
- Experience contributing to successful Salesforce-native product launches and growth.
- Be the face and voice of a powerful new Salesforce-native product disrupting healthcare services.
- Help shape a strategic go-to-market plan in collaboration with a dynamic product and delivery team.
