The role
As a Provider Sales Executive at Vim, you will play a critical role in activating our provider-side go-to-market strategy as it specifically relates to new provider organizations. Vim is expanding how we serve providers by leveraging payer-sponsored incentive programs that drive better provider engagement and in turn, better value-based care performance — and your role is to help providers realize that value.
You’ll be responsible for introducing Vim’s clinical workflow applications to new provider organizations, building relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders, and driving adoption of Vim’s solutions that support quality improvement, risk adjustment, care gap closure, clinical data exchange and referrals — all embedded directly in the EHR at the point of care.

You’ll collaborate closely with our payer partnerships team, customer success, and product to ensure alignment of approach in order to make the best and most accelerated impact in this growth channel for Vim.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage provider organizations (Small - Mid Medical Practices, health systems, IPAs, large group practices) to drive adoption of Vim’s platform and programs
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting (in some cases warm leads through payers/lead generation through marketing), discovery, presentation, objection handling, and close
- Effectively position Vim’s products as part of payer-aligned VBC incentive programs (e.g., quality and risk adjustment enablement)
- Build relationships with stakeholders ranging from clinical leaders to operations managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (payer sales, customer success, and product) to tailor solutions and ensure successful onboarding
- Maintain an accurate and active pipeline in our CRM
- Provide market feedback and insights to inform product evolution and messaging
- 4–6 years of experience in provider-facing healthcare sales, with demonstrated success in closing deals and meeting quota
- Experience selling or implementing payer-funded solutions to providers (e.g., quality improvement, risk adjustment, care gap closure programs)
- Working knowledge of value-based care frameworks, including HEDIS/Stars, risk adjustment, attribution, and shared savings
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging provider stakeholders (e.g., practice managers, CMOs, population health leaders)
- Self-starter with experience working in fast-paced, lightly structured environments
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and territory development
Nice to Have
- Experience at a healthcare tech startup or a value-based care enablement company Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce and Sales Navigator
- General Understanding of Provider Market, Payer Incentive Programs and their respective lines of business:Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or ACO programs

- Vim offers a comprehensive benefits package including discretionary (unlimited) vacation time off; generous contribution to health care, dental, and vision insurance; and 401K program
- The target base salary for this role is between $115,000- $135,000 USD per year (Compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, and level of experience)
- Additional compensation in the form of options, commission and/or bonus are dependent on the position offered
