Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Program Team to solve client escalations related to coverage and capacity challenges.

  • Respond to requests for information about specific markets

  • Generate provider performance and forecast reports to drive provider performance. Responsible for maintaining, updating, publishing and distributing these reports based on business need.

  • Ability to document market dynamics related to coverage, capacity, and provider performance.

  • Create market summaries and present to backup leadership as needed.

  • Designs, develops, tests, and packages standard and ad hoc reports based on learned requirements for delivery to business consumers.

  • Works with large, complex data sets and implements automated solutions that promote predictive, correlative learning to measure and inform key performance indicators and initiatives.

  • Collaborates with business subject matter experts and technology partners to understand and execute on detailed business requirements for analytical applications and projects. Performs process mapping, needs assessments, and analysis for an assortment of processes.

  • Assists end users across all functional areas to identify long-term, strategic data needs, defining how the data is related to the business processes.

Minimum Requirements
  • 3 years experience Collecting, analyzing, organizing, and presenting data and/or information in a concise manner to business stakeholders

  • 3 years experience Using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics or 3 years customer service experience in lieu of a degree would be considered

Compensation: 

The annual salary for this position is between $62,000 - 70,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Bright Horizons offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
