Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Protestant Religious Education Coordinator to support the Protestant Religious Education Program at Luke Air Force Base Chapel.
The Coordinator will organize religious education activities, manage volunteers, maintain program schedules and records, support special events, and coordinate closely with chapel leadership.
The position requires approximately 80–100 hours per month, including:
Approximately 12 on-site hours per week during chapel office hours.
Approximately 8 flexible hours per week for weekend programs, meetings, and special events.
Additional schedule flexibility may be required for Vacation Bible School and other chapel activities.
Normal chapel office hours are generally Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Coordinate Protestant religious education programs and activities.
Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers.
Maintain calendars, attendance records, reports, and program documentation.
Coordinate classrooms, facilities, supplies, and educational materials.
Support budget planning and approved program purchases.
Coordinate Vacation Bible School and other special religious education events.
Attend required chapel meetings and training.
Work with chaplains, chapel staff, volunteers, families, and participants.
Ensure applicable child and youth protection requirements are followed.
Minimum 2 years of Protestant Religious Education leadership experience.
Knowledge of Protestant beliefs, doctrines, and worship practices.
Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
Experience coordinating volunteers and religious education activities.
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work professionally in a diverse, multi-faith military chapel environment.
Ability to successfully complete required background checks and Luke AFB access requirements.
Military chapel or Department of Defense religious program experience.
Experience coordinating Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, or similar programs.
Experience managing volunteers, religious education supplies, calendars, and events.
