Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Protestant Contemporary Music Director to provide worship music leadership support at Travis Air Force Base. The selected candidate will lead contemporary worship services, direct worship teams, coordinate rehearsals, and support chapel activities through professional musical performance and planning.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Protestant Contemporary worship services and special events.
- Select and arrange worship music in coordination with chapel leadership.
- Direct and support worship team members, musicians, and vocalists.
- Conduct regular rehearsals and prepare music selections for services.
- Provide vocal and instrumental musical leadership during worship.
- Assist with musical equipment setup and maintain service activity records.
- Coordinate effectively with chapel staff and volunteers.
- Experience in Protestant contemporary worship music leadership.
- Knowledge of worship planning and contemporary Christian music traditions.
- Ability to direct, arrange, and perform worship music.
- Ability to play at least one musical instrument, including keyboard and/or guitar.
- Strong vocal performance and team leadership skills.
- Familiarity with worship sound systems and presentation technology.
- Must successfully complete required background screening and Travis Air Force Base access requirements.
- Must be able to work according to chapel service, rehearsal, and event schedules.
