QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in aerospace or mechanical engineering at a four-year accredited university
- Experience in the development of aircraft, spacecraft, or similar systems (internships, laboratory, academic, and personal/team project experience is applicable).
- Must be able to work full time (40 hours per week), on-site in Denver, CO for 12 consecutive weeks.
- Co-Op Programs will run concurrent with University Semester dates
- Intern Program will run May – August 2026
- Must be able to provide own transportation and housing.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Have completed their Junior and/or Senior year
- GPA of 3.5 or above
- Passionate about advancing space security and sustainability.
- Resilient problem-solving attitude.
- Experience with hardware for pressurized systems and/or liquid rocket propulsion
RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a member of our Engineering Internship Program, you will gain hands-on experience contributing to the design, development, and testing of mission-critical spacecraft systems. Internship responsibilities may include:
- Propulsion System Development:
- Support propulsion subsystem development, including component selection, pressurized system layout, performance modeling, and data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with mentors and team members to apply your knowledge and develop technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage in cross-functional teamwork, interacting with engineers from various disciplines to solve complex challenges.
- Showcase your work through presentations or project reviews.
- Participate in social and professional events with fellow interns and employees.
Compensation
- 28/hour
