Astroscale U.S. Inc. is currently seeking a Proposal Manager to join our team in our Denver, Colorado location.
Job Description- Plan, manage, and deliver winning proposals. Work within a structured proposal process, ensuring compliance with customer and internal requirements, including by running Proposal Kick-Off, Blue Team, Pink Team, and Red Team reviews.
- Conduct independent quality reviews of proposal sections and provide improvement guidance
- Work effectively with the entire Astroscale U.S. team, including program engineering.
- Collaborate with senior management to guide, review, and approve bid submissions, delivering clear written and verbal briefings to facilitate decision-making.
- Produce professional, compliant proposals for both commercial and government markets, in response to RFPs, RFIs, RPPs, RFQs, and BAAs, as well as unsolicited proposals.
- Assure that proposals, and as required, other external-facing deliverables, meet a high standard of excellence and communicate value propositions, win themes, and discriminators within the organization.
- Effectively manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Provide specialized proposal content writing to address the detailed requirements of the customer’s solicitation. Responsible for organizing sections, planning content, implementing win strategies, and incorporating required themes. Proofreads, edits, and formats documents for clarity, persuasion, and consistency.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in bid and proposal management or related experience.
- Must demonstrate knowledge in the development, coordination, and application of proposal. principles, concepts, regulations, and practices, reflecting industry-best practices such as APMP and Shipley.
- Strong process and project leadership skills: organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines or milestones.
- Ability to obtain a US security clearance is required.
- Time management and scheduling skills.
- Strong people leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and listening skills with the ability. to establish credibility and relationships across the organization.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the aerospace industry is a plus.

Salary range: $90,000 – $120,000. The salary range represents the low and high end of the Astroscale U.S. Inc. salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, knowledge, and ability as applicable to the role.
