WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a highly organized professional with proven experience in federal contracting to support our business development and proposal activities. You will play a critical role in ensuring our contract documentation, opportunity tracking, and internal systems are maintained and in alignment with federal regulations and company standards. We will also ask you to assist with the preparation and review of proposal materials: things like compliance checks, volume reviews, and proposal folder organization. As our ideal candidate, you have a strong understanding of federal procurement processes and are able to translate that knowledge into effective organizational practices. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure that all business development and compliance activities are executed efficiently and accurately.

Basic/Preferred Qualifications
- Must reside in a qualified HUBZone.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Government, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in federal contracting, compliance, or proposal coordination.
- Solid understanding of the federal acquisition process, and solicitation requirements.
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines while not letting the pressure overwhelm you.
- Demonstrated ability to track and manage federal contracting opportunities through government portals (APFS, FPDS, USA Spending and the like) and internal systems (such as our GovWin account, internal SharePoint).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams, with strong record-keeping and version control skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with proven success meeting multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- This position is remote within the United States.
- Preference for candidates within a 2-hour radius of Arlington, VA.
