What you will be doing

As a Project Manager Sr. – Professional Services you will manage the activities of a program and the teams focused on the governance, reporting, dependency management, financial status, agile methodology coach and client rollouts

  • Ensures that the product roadmap is actively managed
  • Coordinates with internal partners (readiness and rollout) to determine business readiness needs to support business roadmap
  • Influences OKR and KPI definitions
  • Supports product owner in business value tracking (leveraging dedicated business value analysts) and stakeholder updates
  • Facilitates data collection and workshops (leveraging team/shared resources), overseas and directs resources to create baseline artifacts
  • Ensures baseline assumptions are captured
  • Facilitates sign-off along with product owner
  • Leverages team resources, SMEs and BPI resources to drive middle and back office process redesign, where appropriate (journey transformation)
  • Ensures middle/back office process redesign taking place
  • Supports impact analysis and quantification by providing relevant input
  • Responsible for ensuring business and team governance routines are taking place
  • Receives and partners with Business Lead and Tech Business Lead to review budget figures and consolidates into reporting artifacts (i.e. budget status reports), as needed
  • Contributes input into lessons learned artifacts and collateral
  • Tracks and drives resolution of risks/issues between teams within business
  • Leads business and teams through escalation process
  • Owns and tracks business related communications
  • Coordinates roll-out plan with core team, partners and relevant stakeholders and ensures readiness
  • Establishes internal partnerships and co-defines shared rollout goals
  • Coordinates execution with non-IT partner teams and SMEs
  • Ensures business and teams have effectively planned and updates relevant reporting artifacts (i.e. 4-week plan)
  • Methodology champion, guiding business through best practices
  • Leads teams through transformation initiatives
  • Supports peer navigators via chapter participation and/or mentorship
  • Partners with PO and business leader to identify core and extended/SME team members
  • Facilitates initiation processes and ensures all steps completed
  • Identifies resource needs for baselining
  • Ensures baselining ahead of new effort initiation

What you bring:

  • Requires a minimum of eight years financial management experience
  • Understanding of critical dependencies within the business roadmap
  • Understanding to validate strategic alignment across business teams within business
  • Can speak to financial health of the team, including info specific to run rates, monthly all-in budget summary and % of hours allocated
  • Accountability - Accountable for ensuring team related communications occur
