Zoom’s Customer Marketing team is growing and we are looking for exceptional talent! As a Sales Play Program Manager you will be responsible for leading, writing, and executing sales plays that will lead to the success of our sales organization. You will have overall responsibility for accelerating the build out of sales plays around all of Zoom’s solutions to drive pipeline and revenue. This role will work hand in hand with Sales Enablement, our Business Units, and cross functional Marketing teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Source, plan, manage, and execute sales plays, primarily in support of key products and verticals
Build sales strategies and operationalize a plan to meet current quarter and out-quarter pipeline and revenue targets
Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence, provide best practices and optimize program results
Manage all aspects of the process (concepting, intake/scoping, execution, measurement, optimization) working cross-department to coordinate
Create, write, and source content where necessary
Leverage customer testimonials and case studies effectively to drive sales
Establish KPIs, create review cycle, and provide insights on customer behavior and to continually optimize campaign success
Comfortable working with data to build reports and tracking to measure results
Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience running omni-channel marketing campaigns
Experience and success working in a cross-functional organization, and with a global mindset
Experience in Marketing, Sales Enablement or related field
Experience in video or web conferencing in the cloud preferred
Proficiency in SFDC, Outreach, Tableau, Google Analytics
Strong program/project management skills a must
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication and analytical skills required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-growth environment
