Enterprise Project Manager
This position will report to Mastermind’s Project Manager leading our Project Management Office (PMO) and collaborate with stakeholders’ enterprise-wide to ensure organizational goals and strategic objectives are accomplished.
You’ll be the second project manager to join the aM team. Your priority will be a multi-year project between IHS Markit, Carfax, and automotiveMastermind in development with our product, engineering, data science, operations, finance, HR, and commercial teams.
In this position you’ll be responsible for:
Adapting and customizing your Project Management toolkits to most effectively serve the needs of our projects
Shepherding updates on multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment from busy constituents from conception to final delivery
Clarifying project objectives, driving consensus and communicating plans and results to stakeholders and management
Preparing and maintaining all relevant and necessary project documentation
Obtaining necessary feedback and approvals from required departments by initiating, planning and managing internal review meetings
Proactively and consistently keeping teams informed of status on progress, issues and risks with clear and timely updates
Assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple departments. This includes project monitoring and prioritization, as well as instituting issue escalation and resolution feedback loops.
Acting as an internal hub of information helping to de-mystify project delivery processes for internal teams, vendors and stakeholders
Diplomatically enforcing deadlines
Qualifications:
3-5 years' experience as a project manager
Highly skilled at creating and maintaining critical project management tools such as charters, project plans, RACI grids, status reports, “Hot Sheets”, etc.
Advanced Microsoft Office user, especially Excel, Visio, and OneNote
Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies
Preferred experience with B2B projects and vendor relationship management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
PMP or CAPM certifications a plus

Location:
This role can be primarily remote with occasional travel to our offices in New York and Detroit.

Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. We work to a flexible schedule based on the company needs; generally this is Monday through Friday primarily in the Eastern time zone of the United States, though holidays and weekend may be required.
