As an Eloqua Implementation Specialist, you will act as an Eloqua technical subject matter expert for clients throughout their Oracle Eloqua implementation, including explaining technical concepts and answering questions!

What You Will Do:

• Lead Eloqua implementations by guiding clients through configuration steps and coaching them on marketing decisions they need to make for implementation
• Complete basic Eloqua account configuration, such as implementing branding & deliverability, installing SSL certs, setting up From email addresses, and more
• Act as an Eloqua technical subject matter expert for clients throughout their implementation, including explaining technical concepts and answering questions
• Guide clients in technical configuration including DNS, DKIM, SPF, MX, and SSL certificate setup
• Work with Oracle support to provision and install branding & deliverability package and SSL certificates
• Create and maintain documentation throughout the implementation, including decisions made and configurations that have been established
• Provide basic instructions to clients such as how to install tracking scripts and set up form integrations
• Work cross-functionally with project managers, marketing automation managers, and other stakeholders to complete implementations

 What You Will Bring:

• 1+ year experience working in Eloqua
• 3+ years experience working in marketing automation or email marketing
• Experience with SSL certificate purchasing, provisioning or installation
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Experience working in consulting or a client-facing environment preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients at one time
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other Marketing Automation platforms a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $71,000 - $93,000 annually*
• Bonus: up to 5% annually
