As part of the Compliance Team of Reserve Trust you’ll play a critical role in building and executing compliance workflows to ensure safety and soundness of our next generation banking and payments ecosystems. Your main function will be to help drive process improvements and ensure the overall effectiveness of risk and compliance management programs, risk analytics and operations in the business.
This role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and will partner and collaborate with the BSA and OFAC Compliance Officer, as well as other departments ensuring new features and solutions solve business challenges efficiently and intuitively while meeting compliance requirements and best practices.

What You’ll Do:
Manage compliance projects and enhancements.
Monitor for and manage Customer Due Diligence (internal & external) as well as propose enhancements
Drive Monthly/Quarterly/Annual compliance reporting and coordinate with cross functional teams
Manage compliance Policies & Procedures, including but not limited to creating new documents and updating or enhancing current documents for review.
Ensure documentation organization to create structure and consistency for all customer compliance information and partner with other areas in support of the document management program and records management activities.
Form structure within the documentation systems and update accordingly.
Establish a schedule and manage all customer required compliance due diligence.
Assist with all Law Enforcement requests and manage all supporting documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
Preferred minimum of 10 years’ experience across numerous compliance areas
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Basic knowledge of various alternative financial business such as Money Service Business and Payment Processer
Ability to understand complex financial products and expected compliance driven controls
Exposure to document and records management
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated strong knowledge in controls, risk assessments, and the design and testing of compliance related internal controls
Strong organization skills
Creative thinking and affinity to innovation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external individuals
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to drive results
Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain attention to detail, resolve issues, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Must maintain a high level of accuracy in a high-speed environment
Problem solving, and organizational skills required
Working knowledge of Windows/PC including Outlook, Excel and Word

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $65,000 – 80,000. Reserve Trust intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
