cBEYONData + SMX is seeking a Project Support and Communications Analyst to join our team in support of a Modernized Data Science Platform for a Federal customer. The focus across the broader program includes IT transformation, requirements development, change management and human-centered design, among other IT modernization programmatic activities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support for a large scale project
- Develop process to ensure project documentation is maintained by team on appropriate repositories and monitor/manage this process
- Support stakeholder communications as directed by the Project Manager
- Attend meetings and capture meeting minutes
- Document risks, issues, action items, and decisions
- Develop various trackers to track broader project teams’ activities (e.g., training requirements, onboarding, etc.)
- Provide PM and team leads with support and recommendations related to ongoing project operations
- Support onboarding and offboarding of team
Required Skills/Experience
- BA/BS degree
- Active Secret security clearance
- 2 years' experience in similar role
- Manage multiple priorities in high-paced environment
- Knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using and managing document repositories
- Experience working with Confluence
Desired Skills/Experience
- DOD experience
- Experience with Data Science and/or Data Analytics projects
