The Role

Breef is seeking a Project Operations Lead to join our team. You will serve as the primary point of contact between brands and agencies on the platform. This role sits at the center of the project experience — managing communications, guiding users through the agency search process, and ensuring every project moves forward effectively.

The ideal candidate has a background in project management or account services and a genuine passion for the marketing space and working with leading brands and agencies. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact within a fast-growing startup.
 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between brands and agencies, managing all project communications including emails, platform support, project guidance
  • Expertly communicate Breef's process to both client and agency users, coordinating project details and executing follow-up to guide users toward closing a project
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and transition as clients begin the agency search process
  • Partner with the product team to translate user feedback and insights into actionable product features, and support product development and testing
  • Work cross-functionally to support company and product initiatives as needed
  • Embody the mission and vision of Breef with an understanding of how and why we do what we do

 

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years of project management or account services experience within an agency, media company, or technology startup
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer support skills
  • Familiarity with and genuine interest in the modern marketing landscape, including how agencies work with brands
  • A passion for supporting and guiding customers to enhance their experience
  • Experience with modern remote workplace tools including Google Suite, HubSpot, Slack, calendar booking systems, and email workflow tools
