As our Project Manager Lead, you will be responsible for collaborating with various business units across the organization, such as Human Resources, Operations, Contract Management, and IT, to ensure completeness and adherence to project plans, identify risk areas, and drive accountability amongst all stakeholders. Every day you will prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans and communicate status to Business Owners, Senior Management and Customers as needed.  Thrive in this role, you must be a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit that is naturally curious and willing to do whatever it takes to achieve results.  

 

Here’s what you will experience working as a Project Management Lead 

 

  • Collaboration with multiple business units to coordinate resource needs related to deployment, confirm completeness of implementation schedules/plans, and drive to completion all key Deployment-related milestones, and deliverable 

  • Developing and managing system wide dashboards, launch scorecards to track progress and identify opportunities to accelerate implementation plans 

  • Manage 3rd party resource distribution, start, and stop dates to ensure compliance with plans, budgets and cost management 

  • Developing, documenting and ensuring adherence to standardized processes and project status reporting methodologies 

  • Developing and executing recovery plans for any projects that are off schedule 

 

 

Required Skills 

 

  • At least 3 years of project management experience 

  • Previous program management experience simultaneously managing and leading multiple large implementation projects across varying organizational disciplines/functions 

  • Proficient with project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project. Jira, Smartsheet). 
    Strong motivation and a detail-orientated nature to be able to work and deliver results in a fast-paced environment 

  • Strong skills with MS Office suite including PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word 

  • Ability to facilitate meetings and lead multiple groups to achieve common goal 

  • Healthcare IT/Revenue Cycle related experience 

  • Ability to anticipate potential problem areas and strategically problem solve to mitigate risk exposure and ensure all deadlines are met 
     
     


For this US-based position, the base pay range is $61,357.00 - $110,424.03 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
