We are running a paid study to evaluate a new way to structure tasks, projects, and resources within a digital workspace. Getting the foundational logic right is critical for teams to plan and execute their work efficiently. Your insights will help us refine the prototype before we build the final version.
How It WorksYou will join a remote video call and share your screen while interacting with a clickable prototype. We will ask you to complete a series of typical planning tasks, such as assigning resources and grouping related work items. As you navigate the interface, you will think aloud and explain your decision-making process. Finally, we will discuss what felt intuitive and where the workflow could be improved.
Who This Is ForWe are seeking professionals who regularly manage complex projects and coordinate team resources. We welcome project managers, product managers, operations leads, and team coordinators. Candidates should be comfortable adapting to new productivity software and articulating their feedback clearly.
