Are you passionate about project management and have a thirst for technology?
Long View is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager for our Denver branch on a 6-12 month month contract. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering large and complex IT projects for multiple clients!
A Day in Life:
- Provide direction on program delivery to support our and our clients’ organizational vision
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous improvement within the PMO
- Act as an escalation point for matters related to our offerings and lead or assist in the development of resolution plans as required
- Participate in and advocate for cross-branch and cross-practice alignment on project delivery excellence
- Provide insights on technology delivery as required
- Champion and advocate for the Long View portfolio of offerings
- Serve as the project manager and/or scrum master for high profile customers
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring to Long View:
- 8+ years of experience in a program and/or project manager position with a focus on large scale enterprise projects
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and project teams
- Knowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks
- Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders
- Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead complex IT projects
- Ability to produce effective documentation including schedule, budget, scope, and executive level status reports
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Experience in consulting
- Scrum Master or equivalent certification
- PMP certification
- PROSCI Organizational Change Management designation
