Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Core Competencies
Act as the primary point of contact and project owner for clients and internal teams.
Oversee and manage project execution throughout the entire project lifecycle (from discovery to close).
Track and manage project budget and schedule, proactively addressing variances.
Lead project discovery and deliverable review calls with clients and stakeholders.
Identify, track, and manage project action items, issues, and risks.
Participate in project reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of work methods.
Ensure that client goals and requests are aligned with the contractual scope of work.
Provide clear and frequent communication with the client regarding project status, scope, and any additional requests.
Proactively manage client expectations and offer timely change orders for out-of-scope requests.
Maintain high customer satisfaction rates and build strong client relationships.
Serve as an expert advisor to clients and provide day-to-day support to the project team.
Coordinate activities across various teams, including creative, development, SEO, and quality assurance.
Provide detailed feedback to internal resources to ensure a high-quality delivery.
Keep the team motivated and ensure efficient, proactive day-to-day production.

Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to clearly communicate expectations and objectives with both clients and team members.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write succinctly and professionally.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
Excellent organization and time management skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and direct project resources with confidence.
Adept business acumen and problem-solving skills to understand client business and proactively identify and resolve barriers to success.
Education and/or Experience
At least 2 years of experience in project management or production within an agency or client services environment.
Significant experience managing and owning productive client relationships.
Experience partnering with cross-functional agency teams (e.g., strategy, creative, dev, PR, paid media).
Experience leading the full project lifecycle at an agency.
Experience working remotely is preferred.
A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required, with a preference for a technical field.
Hands-on experience with project management systems (e.g., Teamwork, Jira, Asana).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Knowledge of HubSpot CMS is an asset.

Basic understanding of digital marketing, including content marketing, SEO, and website optimization.
Experience with B2B and B2C marketing.
Knowledge of quality assurance processes.
