We are looking for a highly organized Remote Project Manager to oversee plumbing and heating installation projects from initiation to completion. This individual will coordinate contractors, suppliers, permits, scheduling, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple installation and renovation projects simultaneously
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and milestone schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor cost controls and change orders
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and local regulations
• Provide regular progress reports to leadership and clients
• Resolve project delays and operational risks
Qualifications
• 3–7 years project management experience (construction/mechanical preferred)
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Asana)
• Strong understanding of plumbing/HVAC systems
• PMP certification (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
