Be a part of our World-Class Team:

Managing the scope, schedule, budget, execution and delivery of client implementation projects and company-wide project initiatives. The Project Manager will work directly with clients and/or vendor partners and be responsible for ensuring projects are implemented within contractual obligations and established timelines.   The Project Manager must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and be a highly organized self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. This position contributes to the Health Catalyst vision of being committed to being the catalyst for massive, measurable, data-informed healthcare improvement.

What you'll own in this role​:

  • Managing projects in scope, on time and within budget. 

  • Managing risks, dependencies, and constraints. 

  • Providing regular status reports to all stakeholders (customer and internal) to accurately communicate project progress, including risks, issues, and required adjustments to the plan. 

  • Participating in project governance process, ensuring sponsor and leadership alignment. 

  • Delivering customer and business value. 

  • Developing and communicating expectations and success measures with the team and partners. 

  • Contributing to internal process and standards improvement initiatives. 

 

What you bring to the role: 

  • Expertise in project management with excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to gain trust and influence across stakeholders including engineering teams, business teams, and client support teams. 

  • Proven success working in a complex environment requiring critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills. 

  • Track record of successfully driving cross-team projects in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Ability to critically and independently think through business problems; identify goals, dependencies, and gaps; and efficiently facilitate the execution of tasks through to completion. 

  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and tasks simultaneously.

 

You may also bring this:

  • Strong Microsoft suite experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio). 

  • Experience using project management software solutions (e.g. Azure DevOps (ADO) and / or Smartsheet) 

 

Preferred Experience & Education:

  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, clinically or administratively.  

  • 2+ years of project management experience. 

  • Project Management certification. 

Information Security and Compliance Responsibilities:
• Maintain compliance with training directives required by the organization pertaining to Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy and HIPAA Privacy and Security.
• Adhere to and comply with the organizations Acceptable Use Policy.
• Safeguard information system assets by identifying and reporting potential and actual security events to the organizations Security and Compliance Officers.
