Own end-to-end go-to-market launches for AI products by building launch plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, tracking readiness, managing communication cadences, and reporting risks and status to senior leadership. The role also coordinates usability testing, customer feedback, go/no-go reviews, and post-launch retrospectives while ensuring marketing, sales, support, training, solution architecture, and documentation teams are aligned.
Launch Manager – AI
Are you highly organized, proactive, and energized by bringing people together to deliver a shared goal? Do you thrive on turning a complex, multi-team effort into a clear plan and driving it to a successful outcome? If so, Intermedia’s Data & AI Product Management team is seeking a Launch Manager to own the go-to-market launch of our next generation of AI products – one of the most visible and cross-functional roles on the team.
This role sits at the center of how Intermedia brings its AI products to market. You will coordinate launches end to end, align stakeholders across the business, and work directly with senior leadership to keep them informed and confident that each launch is on track. It is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to build a broad understanding of the business and develop real visibility with our leaders.
About Intermedia
Intermedia is a leading provider of cloud-based communication and collaboration solutions, empowering over 140,000 businesses and 7,500 partners with UCaaS, CCaaS, and productivity tools. We’re committed to delivering secure, easy-to-use solutions, backed by industry-leading reliability and support. Our AI & Data team is at the forefront of innovation, leveraging the wealth of communication data generated across our platforms to develop intelligent tools and insights that drive customer success. We believe in a collaborative, hands-on approach where every team member contributes their unique skills to create products that truly make a difference. We are a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-get-into-the-details product management team where, irrespective of your position, you can contribute your skills and energies to help improve our products.
About the Role
As Launch Manager, you will own the planning and coordination of AI product launches across our AI groups. You will build and maintain the launch plans – the timelines, owners, and lead times that define what needs to happen, who is responsible, and by when – and keep a large and varied set of stakeholders aligned and on track. You will develop a strong working understanding of the products so you can give clear, well-structured direction, and you will keep senior leadership informed on launch status, risks, and dates.
This is a highly cross-functional role in which your impact comes through communication, organization, and consistent follow-through. You will be proactive in keeping commitments on track, following up with stakeholders diplomatically and in a way that strengthens working relationships.
What this role is not: this is not an engineering project management role. You will not be coordinating engineering teams against a development plan or managing inter-team technical dependencies and delivery timelines. Your focus is the launch and the stakeholders around it – ensuring the business is ready, aligned, and set up for a successful release.
What success looks like in your first 6 months
- You know the landscape. You understand our AI products well enough to explain them to any audience, and you know who owns what across marketing, sales, support, training, solution architects, and docs.
- The launch calendar is yours. There’s a single, up-to-date view of what’s launching when — with owners, dependencies, and lead times — and people rely on it.
- You’ve run a launch. You’ve coordinated at least one launch end-to-end, keeping every workstream aligned and on schedule through to a clean release.
- A cadence is in place. A regular check-in and communication rhythm exists, so stakeholders always know what they need to do and by when.
- Leadership trusts your read. You give execs a concise, accurate picture of launch status and risks — and they come to you for it.
Working with Senior Leadership
Launch readiness is a topic our executives care about, and you will be their trusted point of contact for it. You will report launch status directly to senior leadership, present timelines and readiness in leadership forums, and give our executives the clear, concise picture they need to make decisions. This is a rare opportunity early in a career to work alongside leaders across the company, build genuine relationships with the executive team, and be recognized as the person who makes launches happen – visibility that can open significant doors for your future at Intermedia.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain launch plans for AI products – project plans and spreadsheets capturing timelines, owners, dependencies, and required lead times for each task.
- Map the stakeholders involved in each launch and run a clear communication cadence so everyone knows what they need to do and by when.
- Track go-to-market readiness across the business – marketing, sales, support, training, solution architects, documentation, and more – and keep it all moving toward the launch date.
- Provide clear, well-organized direction to stakeholders and follow up proactively and diplomatically to keep commitments on track.
- Report launch status, risks, and delivery dates to senior leadership, and present readiness in leadership forums.
- Coordinate usability testing and customer feedback sessions by connecting product teams with customers, solution architects, and other stakeholders, and organizing the logistics.
- Run launch checklists, go/no-go reviews, and post-launch retrospectives to continuously improve how we launch.
- Build a strong working understanding of the products so you can communicate credibly with any audience, from engineers to executives.
Requirements
- Enough familiarity with AI products to explain them credibly to any audience; deep technical or model-building knowledge is not required.
- 1–2 years of experience in a role that rewards strong organization and coordination – for example project or program coordination, product ownership, business operations, launch or event management, an internship, or a similar cross-functional role. We’re open to high-potential candidates early in their careers.
- A track record of keeping multiple workstreams, owners, and deadlines on track at once, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor a message to any audience, from individual contributors to senior executives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, outgoing style; you build trust quickly and enjoy working across teams.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset – you take ownership, anticipate what is needed, and follow through without being asked.
- Confidence and professionalism when engaging and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Comfort working with globally distributed teams, with strong asynchronous communication skills.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Would Be a Plus
- Exposure to go-to-market, product marketing, or launch/event coordination (including internships or university projects).
- Experience with planning and collaboration tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday).
- Familiarity with UCaaS/CCaaS or other SaaS products.
- Familiarity with modern AI concepts or products.
