The Company has experienced rapid growth over the past 3 years and recently received a strategic investment from Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN). In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.


Position Overview
CTEC is seeking a Mid-level Project Manager to provide comprehensive oversight of project performance, including technical, contractual, administrative, and financial activities. The Project Manager will coordinate project execution, supervise personnel, manage customer relationships, and ensure successful delivery of all contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Provide oversight of technical, contractual, administrative, and financial aspects of assigned projects.
• Supervise project personnel, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance and task completion.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with end users, technical teams, client services, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards, schedules, and contractual requirements.
• Manage the integration of vendor activities and monitor, track, and review vendor deliverables.
• Identify project risks, issues, and challenges and recommend effective solutions.
• Exercise independent judgment in resolving non-routine technical, administrative, and management issues.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall performance.
• Prepare and review project status reports, documentation, and other required deliverables.
• Support continuous improvement and ensure adherence to organizational and contractual policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related project management experience.
• PMP, FAC/PPM, or equivalent project management certification may be considered in lieu of the degree, where applicable.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and deliverables.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment and managing contractual requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience supporting federal government contracts.
• Experience managing subcontractors or vendors.
• Experience overseeing technical and administrative teams.

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required.

Location: This is a remote role; however, we are seeking candidates who reside in the Washington, D.C./NCR (National Capital Region) area.
