We are looking for a organized and goal-oriented Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee key initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product design, marketing, and leadership—to streamline workflows, remove blockers, and drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution (40%): Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocations. Drive cross-functional execution from kickoff to launch.
- Cross-Functional Coordination (25%): Lead team standups, sprint planning, and status meetings; serve as the primary point of communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Risk & Issue Management (20%): Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, resolve bottlenecks, and establish mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
- Process & Quality Assurance (15%): Implement project management best practices (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall), maintain comprehensive project documentation, and track team performance metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of professional project management experience, preferably within software, technology, or cross-functional team environments.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of project management principles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
- Tools: Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Confluence).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting project updates to stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a track record of managing multiple active projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
- Experience working in a SaaS or high-growth tech company.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC).
