You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product design, marketing, and leadership—to streamline workflows, remove blockers, and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution (40%): Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocations. Drive cross-functional execution from kickoff to launch.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination (25%): Lead team standups, sprint planning, and status meetings; serve as the primary point of communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Risk & Issue Management (20%): Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, resolve bottlenecks, and establish mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
  • Process & Quality Assurance (15%): Implement project management best practices (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall), maintain comprehensive project documentation, and track team performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional project management experience, preferably within software, technology, or cross-functional team environments.
  • Methodologies: Strong understanding of project management principles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
  • Tools: Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Confluence).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting project updates to stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a track record of managing multiple active projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or high-growth tech company.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • On-Time Delivery: Consistently meeting key milestones and launch targets.
  • Resource Optimization: Efficiently managing team bandwidth and project budgets.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Clear, consistent communication and minimal disruption from unmitigated risks.

What We Offer

  • Healthcare & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • Work-Life Balance: Generous PTO, flexible schedule options, and remote/hybrid work policies.
  • Career Growth: Annual learning budget, conference sponsorships, and clear growth opportunities.
  • Financial Perks: Competitive compensation, 401(k) plan with company match, and performance-based bonuses.
