This role is critical to helping AIS operate as a high-performing internal agency - bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to creative delivery while enabling GE HealthCare teams to work smarter, faster, and more consistently.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage creative projects from request intake through execution, approval, delivery, and closeout.
- Own Workfront project setup, routing, timelines, task assignments, proofing workflows, and status updates.
- Partner with requestors to clarify briefs, deliverables, objectives, timelines, and required approvals.
- Coordinate resources across creative, copy, digital, video, production, brand, legal/regulatory, and marketing stakeholders.
- Monitor project health, identify risks, escalate blockers, and keep teams aligned on milestones.
- Ensure feedback is consolidated, actionable, and captured through Workfront proofing and review tools.
- Maintain accurate reporting on workload, cycle times, project volume, resource capacity, revision rounds, and on-time delivery.
- Support continuous improvement of intake forms, templates, workflows, dashboards, and operating processes.
- Train team members and business partners on Workfront best practices and submission requirements.
- Help build a disciplined, scalable operating model for the AIS internal agency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing creative, marketing, agency, or production projects.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Workfront, including project templates, proofing, dashboards, reports, request queues, and workflow management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of creative development, review cycles, approvals, and asset delivery.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process, accountability, and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, medtech, life sciences, or regulated industries.
- Workfront system administration or advanced reporting experience
- Experience supporting an internal agency, creative services team, or marketing operations function.
- Familiarity with brand governance, legal/regulatory review, DAM platforms, and creative asset workflows.
- Ability to identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions.
