About LeaseLeads

Founded in 2022, LeaseLeads is a digital leasing platform shaping the future of apartment leasing. We build high-performing apartment websites and AI-powered virtual leasing solutions that help owners and operators convert more prospects into residents.

We're a fully remote team that values ownership, autonomy, curiosity, and continuous improvement. We move quickly, solve problems together, and genuinely care about building products we're proud of.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Project Manager to own the execution of our website production pipeline.

Your job is simple: make sure every project moves forward, every deadline is met, and nothing falls through the cracks.

You'll own project timelines from kickoff through launch, ensuring every dependency is accounted for, every stakeholder knows what's expected of them, and every project has a clear path forward. You'll work closely with designers, developers, account managers, and clients to remove roadblocks before they become delays.

This isn't a creative direction role. Instead, you'll become the operational quarterback behind every website we launch.

You'll partner closely with our Senior Project Manager, who focuses on creative quality and final delivery. While they ensure every website meets our quality standards, you'll ensure every project stays organized, on schedule, and moving forward.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, comfortable holding teammates accountable, and genuinely enjoys bringing order to fast-moving projects. If you're the type of person who naturally notices when something is overdue before anyone else does, you'll probably thrive here.

Responsibilities

  • Own website production schedules from kickoff through launch.
  • Build and maintain project plans and timelines in ClickUp.
  • Coordinate work between designers, developers, content coordinators, QA, and Account Managers.
  • Own the overall health of your project portfolio, ensuring every project has a clear next step, owner, and timeline.
  • Drive accountability across the production team by proactively following up on outstanding work, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring commitments are met.
  • Identify risks early and escalate roadblocks before deadlines are impacted.
  • Lead recurring production meetings and communicate project status across the team.
  • Ensure client assets, approvals, and content are received on schedule.
  • Verify projects are ready before moving between production phases.
  • Coordinate website launches and ensure all pre-launch requirements have been completed.
  • Continuously improve workflows, SOPs, documentation, and project templates.
  • Assist with occasional website QA before projects are delivered to the Senior Project Manager for final review.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience managing digital projects, website production, SaaS implementations, or marketing operations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing deadlines and make sound decisions when multiple projects require attention.
  • Comfortable following up with teammates and driving accountability across a project.
  • Able to identify problems before they impact delivery.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
  • Comfortable learning new software and internal workflows quickly.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience managing website or SaaS implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other modern CMS platforms.
  • Experience reviewing designs in Figma.
  • Experience using QA tools such as Pastel.
  • Experience working with remote creative or engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.

You Might Be a Great Fit If...

  • You naturally follow up when someone misses a deadline.
  • You enjoy organizing complex projects with lots of moving pieces.
  • You dislike unfinished tasks and loose ends.
  • You communicate proactively instead of waiting for problems to solve themselves.
  • You enjoy creating structure in fast-moving environments.
  • People describe you as dependable, organized, and someone who always gets things done.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you'll confidently manage a portfolio of website projects while consistently:

  • Keeping production timelines accurate and up to date.
  • Communicating proactively with internal teams.
  • Identifying risks before they become delays.
  • Improving our project management processes and documentation.
  • Creating clarity across every active project.
  • Allowing our Senior Project Manager to spend more time focused on creative quality and final delivery while you ensure execution stays on track.

If that sounds like the type of role you've been looking for, we'd love to meet you.
