About the Role:The Telehealth Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing and executing project intake, triage, and implementation within the Care Experience team. The Telehealth Project Manager will work closely with teams across the company, including Care Operations, Training, Medical Affairs, Growth and Marketing, Product, Pharmacy, and R&D, to ensure that projects and product launches meet deadlines and reflect the needs of various stakeholders.
The Telehealth Project Manager will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate training and communication needs, and facilitate workgroups to ensure effective project execution. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
You Will:Project Intake and Escalations:
Triage incoming project requests, including scoping and sizing.
Assess the impact of projects on Care Operations.
Drive alignment on project prioritization and communicate prioritization decisions.
Create and coordinate working teams for each project, ensuring designated time and communication channels.
Implementation Support:
Manage active Asana projects, tracking dates, owners, and dependencies.
Schedule regular cross-functional team meetings as needed.
Collaborate with BizOps for reporting requirements.
Lead coordination with Customer Experience (CX) and Training teams for relevant training and communication needs.
Coordinate launch communications and training efforts to ensure Hims & Hers stakeholders are prepared for implementations.
Communicate upcoming implementations with internal Care Operations partners (CX, PSAs, etc.).
Conduct Launch Readiness (Pre-mortem) meetings with stakeholders.
Coordinate with BizOps on post-launch reporting.
Conduct Retrospective meetings to gather feedback and insights from stakeholders.
Workgroups:
Facilitate workgroup agendas for designated Hims & Hers service lines; identifying and tracking next steps for cross-functional partners.
Maintain an initiative tracker for ongoing projects for designated Hims & Hers service lines.
Documentation:
Maintain the Care Experience Launch Schedule with key timelines and updates.
Ensure workflow documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification preferred
3+ years of experience with managing projects; Proven experience in project management, preferably within a healthcare or operations environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana or similar platforms.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
