In This Role
In this role with our client, you will play a critical role in enabling large-scale data center infrastructure by ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of networking equipment and cabling components. This role requires strong operational ownership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to make real-time decisions that directly impact deployment timelines.
You will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain inventory health, drive order execution, and support rapid scaling initiatives—particularly in environments supporting AI and cloud infrastructure growth. Success in this role requires a high sense of urgency, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently navigate supply chain challenges.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes, ensuring delivery targets and cycle-time goals are consistently met
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across internal teams to support project execution and resolve dependencies
- Act as the primary point of contact for third-party fulfillment partners, driving accountability in:
- Inventory management
- Purchase order tracking and delivery commitments
- Performance metrics and service-level agreements
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, including cycle time, substitutions, and supplier efficiency
- Identify operational risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays
- Make real-time decisions to unblock execution, balancing inventory constraints, supplier limitations, and urgent business needs
- Develop and present reports, updates, and insights to stakeholders
- Support process optimization initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency
- Contribute to AI-driven or automated solutions (e.g., virtual agents, Copilot workflows) for operational improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, or supply chain environments
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end order fulfillment and supply chain operations
- Experience tracking and reporting operational metrics such as cycle times, supplier performance, and delivery outcomes
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Operational mindset with a demonstrated sense of urgency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI, cloud infrastructure, or data center networking environments
- Familiarity with cabling systems, server hardware, or networking equipment logistics
- Experience working with or building AI solutions, automation, or virtual agents
- PMI or PMP certification
- Background in supply chain optimization, fulfillment strategy, or logistics at scale
- Experience working with third-party vendors or global suppliers
- Ability to drive process improvements in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $80000– $85000 USD Per annum. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
