THE ROLE

AG1 is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager, Supply Chain Operations to join our growing and dynamic Supply Chain team for a 6 month contract. This role is critical to the successful execution of key strategic projects that are vital to the continued growth and operational efficiency of AG1. Reporting directly to the VP, Supply Chain Operations, you will oversee the management of multiple, complex, and time-sensitive projects across various functions, including new product innovations, strategic partnerships, and technology implementations that enable the growth and scale of AG1.

In this role, you will define the timelines and project scope, ensure seamless project execution, manage deliverables, and coordinate across cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. Your ability to maintain clarity, structure, and accountability across these projects will play a pivotal role in AG1’s success.


WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Lead and manage multiple high-priority projects within the Supply Chain function that span across the organization as a whole, including new product launches, strategic partnerships, and technology implementations from a Supply Chain standpoint. 
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Collaborate with over various cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including R&D, Product Development, Marketing, Procurement, Quality, and external partners, to ensure all project tasks are executed in a timely manner.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and monitor progress to meet critical deadlines. Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minute-taking, while ensuring clear communication across teams.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for all assigned projects, identifying dependencies, bottlenecks, and potential delays. Proactively address risks to keep projects on track and mitigate impact on timelines.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana) to track tasks, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure transparency, accountability, and timely completion of all work streams by monitoring and adjusting project plans as needed.
  • Ensure that all project tasks align with the broader strategic direction of AG1.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for project updates, keeping leadership and stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow optimizations within the Supply Chain team, ensuring efficient project execution and resource allocation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Project Management, or related field. DTC experience is a plus
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or a related industry supporting mid or large scale projects working extensively with global cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including product development, procurement, transportation, quality, manufacturing, and logistics and experience working with commercial teams on product launches.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Asana, GEP) and methodologies, with PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus (internal and external) with the ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage risks and resolve problems effectively.
  • Strong risk assessment, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
