Project Manager, Sourcing – Global Operations & Supply Chain
Revelyst is seeking a Project Manager, Supply Chain to join our Global Operations & Supply Chain Project Management Office (PMO). This role is responsible for leading complex, high-impact sourcing and supply chain initiatives with a focus on supplier transitions, network optimization, systems/process improvements, and strategic sourcing projects.
The ideal candidate has a blended background that spans sourcing, operations, IT/systems, and cross-functional project management. You will partner across the organization to execute strategic initiatives, support Revelyst’s GEARUP transformation, and ensure supply continuity, cost optimization, and operational excellence across our hard goods categories (helmets, drinkware, grills and stoves, and other non-wearable accessories).
This role reports to the Senior Manager, PMO, and is located onsite at one of our platform offices in Bozeman, MT, Irvine, CA, Rhode Island, or Utah.

Project Leadership
Lead sourcing and supply chain projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, timelines, and budgets.
Manage supplier transitions, network redesign efforts, and vendor onboarding, focusing on quality, cost, and speed.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate cross-functional projects that span Supply Chain, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Logistics to drive successful execution.
Build strong partnerships and ensure clear communication with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Strategic Sourcing & Network Optimization
Support strategic sourcing initiatives such as cost savings programs, supplier diversification, footprint consolidation, and process improvements.
Facilitate new supplier transitions and ensure compliance with performance expectations (cost, quality, delivery).
Technology & Process Integration
Collaborate with IT teams on system-related projects (ERP, WMS, PLM, TMS), ensuring business requirements are met and processes are integrated effectively.
Champion standardization and process improvements, leveraging technology where possible.
Metrics, Reporting & Communication
Track project progress and analyze key performance indicators, including on-time delivery, cost impact, inventory KPIs, and overall project health.
Prepare dashboards, communicate risks, and escalate issues proactively.
You Have:
5+ years of project management experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain operations, or related fields, preferably with hard goods and global supplier networks (Asia focus).
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects across supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
Exposure to ERP, WMS, PLM, or manufacturing systems and how they integrate with sourcing and supply chain processes.
Demonstrated experience delivering results through cost savings initiatives, process improvements, supplier transitions, or new product introductions.
Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics (on-time delivery, cost impacts, inventory KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related discipline required.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
