To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for talented Project Manager to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services.
We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in private health insurance and experience in managing vendor operations within the EOR industry. In this role, you will be responsible for benchmarking benefits across countries, standardizing internal and external knowledge, building SOPs, and reporting on revenue and margins related to private health insurance. You will play a critical role in improving client experiences, ensuring operational scalability, and supporting strategic decision-making through data and process excellence.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to private health insurance benefits, pricing structures, and vendor onboarding.
- Benchmark local and global health insurance offerings to enhance competitive positioning.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal knowledge bases.
- Build and maintain external documentation and playbooks for client-facing teams.
- Analyze and report on revenue, margin, and performance metrics for insurance-related offerings.
- Collaborate closely with BusOps Management, Legal, Product, and Client Services to ensure seamless delivery of benefits.
- Own vendor relationships, negotiations, and performance tracking.
- Manage client escalations related to health insurance, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
- Support compliance reviews and process improvements related to benefits administration.
- Manage invoicing and reconciliations for insurance vendors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- ••Drive improvements to the product roadmap by surfacing operational pain points and collaborating with Product to scope and prioritize platform automation and tooling enhancements.
What you’ll need:
- Good understanding of private health insurance frameworks (global or regional).
- 3-5 years in project or program management roles, ideally within SaaS, HRTech, or insurance/EOR field.
- Proven experience in vendor sourcing and management.
- Experience in client-facing roles, handling escalations and delivering solutions.
- Ability to work across multiple teams with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Gsheet/Excel.
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, Zendesk. Airtable, or other project management tools.
