Key responsibilities:
Support the delivery of utility-scale solar and BESS projects, gaining exposure to projects ranging from \$10M to \$200M in value
Assist in managing customer relationships — learning to communicate effectively, resolve issues proactively, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Contribute to contract management activities including reporting, tracking receivables, monitoring change orders, and supporting claim resolution
Track and report on key project metrics including safety, quality, schedule, cost, and cash flow under the guidance of senior project managers
Coordinate with internal teams — working cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, finance, and field services to support product delivery and commissioning
Maintain project documentation — keeping records, action logs, risk registers, and status reports accurate and up to date
Participate in customer and internal meetings — developing your communication and stakeholder management skills in a professional setting
Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all project activities
Required qualifications:
Bachelors degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field)
3–5 years of project management, engineering, or related professional experience (internship or co-op experience counts!)
Fluent English communication skills — written and verbal
Ability to travel up to 20%
Preferred qualifications:
Academic or professional exposure to solar, BESS, or broader energy/power systems
Internship or project experience in construction, engineering, or energy sectors
Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar
Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement principles
PMP certification or active pursuit of PMP credentials

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $100,000.00 and $166,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
