  • Facilitation & Action Tracking: Lead meetings efficiently, rapidly translate discussions into action items, and assign owners and dates for completion.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain project documents in Google Workspace or O365/SharePoint.

Supervisory & Mentoring (30%):

  • Staff Management: Balance coordination of technical staff while enabling senior management and executives.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve interpersonal and project conflicts to maintain team harmony and productivity.
  • Team Engagement: Invest in staff development, support individual goals aligned with motivators, and encourage active team engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management, specifically as a Scrum Master in software development.
  • 2 years of experience in non-Scrum Project Management.
  • Technical proficiency with JIRA, Google Workspace, or MS Office 365.
  • Preferred: PMP/PMI-ACP certification (If not certified, sponsorship for the first year will be provided).
  • Experience managing a distributed team (10+ members), preferably in large government or enterprise projects.

Job Goal and Milestones:

  • First 30 Days: Get familiar with the existing contract, establish Agile and Quality Controls, and meet key project players and stakeholders.

Key Leadership and Management Competencies:

  • Client & Team Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and team members, demonstrating empathy, tact, and the ability to navigate difficult situations.
