The Project Manager of Coaching, Mentoring, and Custom Engagements will develop, implement and administer initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of our teammates. The teammate will work collaboratively with executive faculty, coaches, external vendors, business leaders and learning professionals to build, develop and maintain these learning and development initiatives. This role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and evaluating effectiveness of initiatives. 

Our ideal hire will have a strong background in project management, adult learning, executive communication, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile and matrixed environment. Prior experience in building coaching, mentoring and learning initiatives is highly desired. Preferred location for this position is Denver, CO, though we are open to 100% remote.  

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: 

Learning and Development Project Management: 

  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of coaching and mentoring initiatives and custom learning engagement experiences

  • Collaborate with executive faculty, coaches, external vendors, business leaders, and learning professionals to ensure experiences have alignment with goals. 

  • Coordinate onboarding, logistics, and feedback collection for training sessions and workshops. 

Project Planning and Execution: 

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. 

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. 

  • Ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes of multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Coordinate cross-functional team collaboration to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. 

Performance Evaluation: 

  • Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives. 

  • Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve program offerings. 

  • Maintain databases and generate regular performance reports. 

  • Report on program outcomes to senior leadership. 

Stakeholder Collaboration: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. 

  • Influence without authority and align stakeholders at all levels towards decisions. 

  • Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership. 

Qualifications: 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's preferred). 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, adult learning, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing coaching, mentoring, and learning programs. 

Skills and Competencies: 

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance evaluation. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile, and matrixed environment. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools. 

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies. 

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

Personal Attributes: 

  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 

  • High level of adaptability and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Salary/ Wage Range

$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 / year

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: • New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year • Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year • Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: • New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour • Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour • Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: • Bellingham: $17.66/hour • Burien: $21.16/hour • Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour • Renton: $20.90/hour • Seattle: $20.76/hour • Tukwila: $21.10/hour • Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
