WHO YOU ARE 
We are looking for someone who would be responsible for leading the implementation phase for new client set-up and existing client renewals as needed. This includes planning and coordinating both client and cross-functional operational teams to support all aspects of setup and design. This position will serve as the main point of contact during the implementation. 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead or help develop project scope, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g. Statement of Work, Business Vision Document) 
  • Establish/apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with stakeholder input (e.g. key performance indicators, scope definition) 
  • Develop, communicate and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g. mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance) 
  • Communicate and report project status 
  • Understand different platforms and applications being implemented to be able to direct the design, development, testing, and implementation of a technical project 
  • Quickly respond to client requests for immediate issues while also being able to drive projects to completion 
  • Virtually manage 1-2 Implementation Manager team members by serving as an escalation point for day to day questions and to assist with issue resolution 
  • Analyze each client's specific challenges, determine the underlying problem and recommend proper solutions 
  • Oversee the overall project, with ultimate responsibility for success or failure of the engagement, specifically focused on ensuring overall client satisfaction and quality of delivery and profitability of the engagement 
  • Review project deliverables for completeness and appropriateness 
  • Review risks and mitigation plan on a regular basis  
  • Be an evangelist of Artemis by serving as an advocate and spokesperson, effectively communicating our company’s mission, products, and value to both internal and external audiences 

What You'll Have:

  • 3+ years of project management experience on software implementation projects using data and information to make business decisions 
  • Experience with healthcare data 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment 
  • Ability to lead and mentor other team members  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification
