THE ROLE:
The Project Manager leads the execution of complex, high-value biological wastewater projects. This role combines technical expertise with strategic oversight to ensure projects meet cost, schedule, and quality goals. This is a key role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments and is skilled at delivering large capital projects from start to finish.
You’ll develop and implement project plans, perform data and risk analysis, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive progress. In addition to managing budgets and timelines, you'll support continuous improvement efforts and mentor junior team members.

Planning and Coordination
Develop project plans and timelines

Develop and manage project budget
Track project expenses and identify cost saving opportunities
Ensure project stays within budget constraints
Obtain necessary approvals for budget changes
Quality Assurance
Develop and implement quality control measures
Monitor project deliverables for quality standards
Address any quality issues and make necessary improvements
Ensure project meets client expectations and satisfaction.
Change Management
Identify and manage any changes to project scope
Obtain necessary approvals for changes
Communicate changes to team members and stakeholders
Ensure changes do not impact project timeline or budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors in engineering, business, marketing, or related field with 7-10 years' experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. PMP certification preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.

DAY IN THE LIFE: In this role, you will work primarily in an office setting and the physical demands may include but not limited to light lifting up to 25 lbs. In addition, this role will require travel up to 10%.

The estimated salary range for this position is $110K CAD to $185K CAD plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
