- Provides project management support serving as a key team member to internal teams, business and Clients
- Develops project plans, delivery schedules, and drives complex projects to meet key milestones
- Drives accountability among stakeholders and removes obstacles to smooth project processes and ensures delivery on time
- Delivers IT solutions by researching, planning, communicating, and coordinating across the IT team and other departments
- Partners with operations and strategic account management (SAM) in client communications and meetings, provides client updates related to program roadmap/IT pipeline, standing client meetings, support SAMs with EBRs, and supports operations director/SAM with IT escalations
- Works closely with business owners to ensure technologies developed support or solve the business needs
- Mentors and guides junior project managers by leveraging diverse experience
- Defines requirements in collaboration with all stakeholders and manages to convert them into viable project plans
- Secures necessary internal and external resources for execution of projects and oversees User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all major projects
- Manages the schedule, cost, and overall implementation of our projects for our diverse Clients
- Manages creation and modification of project proposals with necessary timelines, funding and other resources
- Ensures compliance with current regulations and internal procedures that affect the activities and people involved
- Works closely with technologists to ensure that business priorities, goals and objectives are clear
- Supports management in ensuring efficient performance of associates including internal development and cross-training, individual performance appraisal and management, activity scheduling and performance metric development, management and reporting
- Ensures the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility
Experience & Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 6+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in IT project management or IT delivery.
Preferred Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- SAFe Agile Certification
