We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, monitor, and manage internal marketing projects from initiation through completion for Compassion’s Business-to-Business (B2B) team.
This role is responsible for leading the planning and execution of a variety of marketing initiatives, including print collateral, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital deliverables that support our strategic KPIs of retention, engagement, and revenue. The Project Manager will secure required resources and apply formal project management processes and tools to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and change control.
Working within an Agile methodology, this individual will facilitate sprint planning, quarterly planning, and other project meetings to ensure project alignment and momentum. Proficiency in a project management tool is required—experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus—as the Project Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining project schedules, monitoring project health, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.
At this career level, the Project Manager operates independently on moderately complex projects or collaborates as a team member on larger initiatives.

Use discretion and judgement to lead or support project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management on basic projects.
Effectively use structured project governance systems for monitoring and tracking deliverables and resolving issues, ensuring delivery to the project plan and budget on basic projects.
Apply professional project management skills to plan, monitor and manage projects from initiation through completion. This includes developing assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project.
Provide progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management, to include organizing team members, and ensuring that materials and equipment resources are delivered on time.
Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
May provide expertise to other professionals and support staff in the project management discipline.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent education, training and/or certification.
Three years relevant experience as a project manager; experience managing projects in marketing contexts strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience using a project management system for project/program/portfolio management; Workfront experience preferred.
Familiarity with agile methodologies including working in Sprints and performing backlog refinement.
