Step into a high-impact role where your expertise in program management will shape how a global organization goes to market. As a Project Manager - Global Go-To-Market Optimization, you will lead a strategic, enterprise-wide initiative designed to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and align commercial, marketing, finance, and operations teams around a unified GTM strategy. This is a highly visible position that will place you at the center of cross-functional decision-making and global collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program management for the Global GTM Optimization initiative, including scope definition, integrated planning, execution, and delivery.
Manage complex, cross-functional, and global workstreams across regions, functions, and leadership levels to ensure alignment and progress toward defined outcomes.
Partner closely with senior leaders to ensure the program is aligned with corporate objectives, including growth acceleration and operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain clear governance, cadence, and reporting mechanisms to promote transparency, accountability, and timely decision-making.
Proactively identify risks, issues, and interdependencies; escalate and address them early while developing and implementing effective mitigation plans.
Translate complex concepts and program updates into clear, concise communications tailored for executive, functional, and regional stakeholders, supporting change adoption and long-term sustainability.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
Approximately 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
Demonstrated experience managing programs within complex organizational structures and engaging multiple stakeholder groups.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global and regional teams across time zones and cultures.
Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
Track record of proactively identifying risks, surfacing issues early, and implementing practical, effective mitigation strategies.
High level of organizational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity.
PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
