Job Title: Project Manager – Hummingbird Platform Implementation

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of the Hummingbird platform. This role is responsible for ensuring delivery is executed in alignment with established project management frameworks, governance standards, and audit requirements.

The Project Manager will drive execution across Business, Technology, Compliance, Operations, Security (BISO), and Vendor teams, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are effectively managed and completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance & Delivery Management

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, enterprise-level initiatives related to the Hummingbird platform
  • Define and actively manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Ensure full compliance with internal project governance frameworks, policies, and audit requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and key project artifacts
  • Drive day-to-day project execution, including progress tracking and timely delivery of all activities
  • Establish and maintain structured reporting mechanisms, including executive updates, dashboards, and status reports
  • Implement a hybrid delivery approach (Agile/Waterfall), including stand-ups, action tracking, and delivery acceleration practices

Stakeholder, Risk & Change Management

  • Coordinate and drive cross-functional activities across Business, Technology, BISO, Compliance, Operations, and Vendor teams
  • Hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables, proactively managing dependencies and resolving blockers
  • Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and actions through to resolution
  • Manage Project Change Requests (PCRs), ensuring proper documentation, governance, and approvals
  • Facilitate decision-making processes and manage escalations to maintain project timelines

Testing, Meetings & Communication

  • Oversee testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and deployment readiness
  • Schedule, facilitate, and document project meetings, governance forums, and working sessions
  • Maintain clear documentation of meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Provide transparent and consistent communication on project status, risks, issues, and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership

Requirements

  • PMP certification required
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-scale platform implementations or complex transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and audit/compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
