- Translate client feedback and goals into clear, actionable tasks for internal team members.
- Coordinate the work of Email Marketing Specialists, Copywriters, and Designers, keeping everyone aligned on priorities and timelines.
- Lead weekly internal meetings to track progress, resolve blockers, and maintain accountability.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) on all deliverables before client delivery to ensure accuracy, tone, and consistency.
- Manage all workflows in ClickUp (or similar tools like Asana, Notion, or Monday), maintaining visibility and structure across projects.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (Open Rate, CTR, CVR, Deliverability, RPR, LTV) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists and specialists to optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Provide regular progress reports and performance summaries to leadership and clients.
✅ What You’ll Need:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or creative agency, preferably focused on email marketing, eCommerce, or performance marketing.
- Proven ability to manage 20+ clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and strategic contributors.
- Solid understanding of email marketing tools and workflows, ideally with hands-on experience in Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation, deliverability, and reporting).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with expertise in ClickUp or equivalent project management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — concise, confident, and client-facing.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working remotely with strong overlap in Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
- A proactive, accountable approach — you don’t wait for instructions, you make things move.
💼 What We Offer:
- 💸 Competitive monthly compensation in USD based on experience.
- 🎯 Performance-based bonuses - more info to be shared during our interviewing process.
