Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in project execution and delivery. Experience in the oil and gas industry is considered an asset but not required. The ideal candidate will have experience working in or with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) companies, demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills, and bring a proactive, positive approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee oil and gas projects from initiation through execution and closeout.
- Coordinate with EPCM teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives, budgets, and timelines are met.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and industry regulations.
- Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated project team environment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience working with or within EPCM companies.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and best practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills, project management principles, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry, experience working with or within EPCM companies.
