We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with experience with Microsoft SharePoint and communications within large organizations to lead a short-term SharePoint redesign project. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to learn quickly, and proficiency with Microsoft tools (M365 and SharePoint) and vendor platforms.
This is a part-time role, 10 - 20 hour per week, that can be worked remotely, however, collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone will be essential. No third-party agencies, please.

The Role and Responsibilities
- Own day‑to‑day execution of early‑phase content infrastructure, including capturing decisions from workshops and maintaining a clear record of outcomes and tradeoffs.
- Lead content mapping and information architecture work, organizing existing and net‑new content into a coherent, decision‑ready hierarchy.
- Run short, focused sprints to move work forward quickly—driving momentum, unblocking teams, and ensuring progress week over week.
- Translate in‑progress work into lightweight, high‑quality artifacts that enable clear decisions by stakeholders and executives.
- Actively facilitate decision‑making with FTE partners, pushing for clarity, alignment, and timely calls to keep the work moving.
- 4+ years Project Management experience, preferably in consulting or marketing agencies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication skills across multiple platforms, and the ability to find a mutually beneficial solution quickly.
- Self-learner with a team player mindset.
- Proven experience handling complex, highly fluid projects and challenging clients.
- Ability to identify and mitigate potential project roadblocks and risks.
- Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills.
- Solid experience with Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
