About Global Transformation Group

Global Transformation Group is the consulting sister organization of PMO Strategies, creators of the IMPACT Engine System™ and hosts of the PMO Strategies Podcast. With shared ownership, the two organizations operate collaboratively—ensuring our teams have access to the best training, tools, and resources to deliver high-IMPACT outcomes for our clients and students.

At Global Transformation Group, we help forward-thinking organizations accelerate strategy delivery by closing the gap between strategy design and execution. Leveraging the IMPACT Engine System™, we support clients in building internal capability, improving performance, and delivering measurable business results. We operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and change—enabling mid-sized and global organizations to organize, operate, and deliver differently.

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience leading delivery in transformation, PMO, or strategy execution environments. In this role, you’ll support end-to-end client engagements using the IMPACT Engine System™, ensuring that plans are executed smoothly, milestones are met, and teams are coordinated across initiatives.

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented delivery professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about helping organizations work smarter and deliver results that matter.

What You’ll Do

Project Coordination & Delivery Execution

  • Manage day-to-day delivery activities across engagements, ensuring progress against milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate multiple client workstreams, including scheduling, document management, reporting, and meeting facilitation.
  • Support client teams through each IES stage, helping deliver assessments, roadmaps, business cases, and MVP implementation.
  • Track action items, dependencies, and risks, escalating blockers early and ensuring visibility across stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with the IES delivery framework, reinforcing use of standard tools and templates to drive consistency and quality.

Client Engagement & Communication

  • Act as the operational point of contact for client stakeholders and consultants, ensuring smooth information flow and collaboration.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and status reports to keep internal and client teams informed and on track.
  • Facilitate internal and client team meetings, capturing decisions, surfacing concerns, and maintaining momentum.
  • Support change management and communications activities, helping ensure messages are delivered consistently and timely.

Delivery Quality & Process Support

  • Use IMPACT Engine System™ templates and processes to maintain delivery consistency and high standards.
  • Support measurement of impact and performance, ensuring KPIs and value tracking plans are captured and updated.
  • Assist with preparation of client deliverables, proposals, dashboards, and lessons learned summaries.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, offering feedback and insight to enhance our internal delivery toolkit and practices.

What You Bring

  • 5–8+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in consulting, transformation, or PMO environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple engagements.
  • Solid communication and facilitation abilities, with experience preparing client-ready documents and managing stakeholder communications.
  • Experience supporting business transformation, strategic projects, or PMO development initiatives.
  • Comfort with both traditional and agile methodologies, and familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • IMPACT Engine System™ experience preferred but not required (training/certification available).
  • PMP or other project management certifications preferred.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Ideal Candidate

You’re an execution expert who loves structure, clarity, and progress. You thrive in dynamic environments, get satisfaction from making things run smoothly, and have an eye for both the details and the big picture. You’re collaborative, curious, and motivated by helping teams succeed.

If you’ve ever wanted to support meaningful transformation—not just manage tasks, but help teams deliver strategy and value—this is the role for you.

What Makes This Different

Working here is not like working at a typical consulting firm or corporate PMO:

  • You’ll implement real transformation, not just document it.
  • You’ll grow your expertise in the IMPACT Engine System™, a proven framework trusted by leading PMO and transformation teams.
  • You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values trust, autonomy, and learning.
  • You’ll have access to industry-leading training, tools, and coaching through our partnership with PMO Strategies.

Engagement Model

  • Full-time or contract-to-hire, depending on fit.
  • Virtual-first model, with client travel as needed.
  • Compensation aligned with experience and scope, with growth opportunities over time.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining:

  • Why you're interested in this role
  • Relevant experience aligned with this description
  • Your availability and compensation expectations

We're building something impactful—and we’d love to have you on the journey.
