Work closely with technical teams such as developers, architects, network engineers, QA, and security specialists to ensure all technical requirements are accurately understood and aligned. The role requires continuous communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and dependencies. Experience in leading projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments, facilitating relevant ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives when needed. Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, quality assurance standards, and change‑control guidelines. Required Skills & Competencies : Should have strong technical understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and make informed decisions. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and similar platforms is expected. The position requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality. Qualifications. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required. At least Ten years of experience managing IT or software development projects is essential. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are preferred
