JOB SUMMARY

As an AI Project Manager, you will lead the implementation of AI and automation solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and business performance. This includes managing AI projects, deploying AI tools and integrations, and driving adoption through effective execution, training, and support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner directly with executive leadership to improve productivity, workflow, and decision-making through AI.

Manage multiple AI, automation, and technology projects simultaneously.

Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents for executive, operational, and customer-facing functions.

Connect business platforms, software systems, and data sources using AI and automation tools.

Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work and create scalable processes.

Lead cross-functional implementation projects from concept to execution.

Monitor emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business applications.

Create documentation, training materials, and adoption plans to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proven project management experience with a strong track record of execution.

Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, and agent development.

Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and executive presence.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and high visibility.
